In this position, Ms. Faust managed business strategy, competitive analysis and market assessment projects for IT vendors. Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Faust was in the Interactive Marketing Strategy Group at IBM and was a product and marketing manager for an online branded-goods retailer. In addition, Ms. Faust spent several years in private wealth management, primarily for the IT industry.
